I&rsquo;ve left a constructive review on Maps saying the ambiance and service were good, but the food itself not so much, given the spaghetti were not cooked enough and another pasta dish was on the contrary overcooked (I&rsquo;ll let go the 30min wait between antipasto and primo). I only received an answer from the owner saying I do not know how to appreciate Italian cuisine. I do recognize however when pasta is crunchy when you eat it. To conclude, don&rsquo;t take pasta there.

Brodo di Giuggiole

We had lunch with friends on Sunday, after a walk in the city centre (the restaurant is very centrally located). We had some antipasti and primi, all which were great! The service was quick, helpful and very polite, despite being a very busy day for the restaurant.

Great food, but the service was disappointing.

Foirentina steak was fantastically cooked! Very quick and friendly service. Would definitely return to try other menu items.

Excellent restaurant and music venue in an unlikely setting.  It looks as if you are going into a multi-storey car park but a couple of floors up is this amazing place.  The food was modern italian and delicious, the wine excellent and not over priced.  The biggest surprise was when our very friendly maitre d&#39; turned out to be the provider of music for the evening. Very high standard of performance.  If you are in Parma, go to this place.

We were the only two in the restaurant, we had to ask for a spoon and fork after the dishes were served, the waitress just disnt get it. I wouldn&#39;t go back again. The food was average. No wonder the restaurant was empty

Original and nice environment. Girls are nice and professional. The menu is rich and suggests many interesting things in the &quot;outside menu&quot;. We were good. A suggestion, in our view the environment is a little too fresh.
